We are thrilled to invite your department, program, resource or project to participate in the Staff Advisory Council’s first ever Staff Resource Fair July 24th! This event will allow partner organizations (departments, programs, centers, committees, and groups that provide programs or services or products to Tulane Staff) to display their offerings and provide more information to staff. It is a great opportunity to get the word out about your organization or resource to the wider Tulane community. We greatly appreciate your participation in this event and welcome you to bring information, sign-up sheets, giveaways, swag, bags to carry swag or information. Resource Fair Participant Survey
Staff Advisory Council will provide tables in the Lavin-Bernick Center for Student Life for participants in the Resource fair to use for the event. Tables will be located around the exterior of the Qatar Ballroom (room 212). SAC will print out signs with the name of your organization that was provided in the registration form that your organization submitted. After the event, we plan on hosting some of the material from the participants on the SAC website.
Setup will begin 2:30 (The President's welcome will be at 3pm), then there will be a scavenger hunt, followed by the resource fair which will open at 4:00-PM and end at 5PM. We encourage all participants to bring advertising or other marketing materials for staff members to learn more about the services your organization offers. Please have all of your materials and representatives set up at your table by 4PM when the refreshments will begin to be served at the Resource Fair.
