Serving as a long-standing representative (downtown) on the Staff Advisory Council has been an amazing journey that has allowed me to champion staff concerns, interests, and needs and help to meaningfully shape our campus culture. As part of this incredible group, I've had the opportunity to bring important issues to leadership, to suggest helpful improvement initiatives, and to see real positive impacts across our university. This experience has not only grown my leadership skills but has also helped build stronger connections with the individuals who make Tulane such a special place.
